Monstroid2 is my go to template. Because there are so many quality skins available, I use Monstroid2 child themes for almost all of my clients websites and my own website. Super easy to work with the template including full customization of the headers and footers, (separate versions for home page and child pages as well!) is awesome and using elementor is a fantastic upgrade over the old power builder. Highly recommend.
